Job Summary
- Manage and maintain financial records for infrastructure and construction projects including WBS-based cost tracking and cost-to-complete analysis.
- Oversee procurement-related processes including purchase orders (PO) goods receipt notes (GRN) inventory management work-in-progress (WIP) fixed assets and supplier advances
- Handle imported procurement goods-in-transit and landed cost calculations with precision
- Perform accurate cash flow forecasting and conduct regular bank reconciliation
- Collaborate with procurement site teams stores consultants and contractors to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI skills to generate actionable financial insights and reports
Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience from Airport Projects / Infrastructure / EPC / construction / road / industrial project experience
- Strong ERP experience; Oracle preferred
- Strong WBS and cost-to-complete knowledge
- Experience with PO GRN stock WIP fixed assets and supplier advances
- Experience with imported procurement goods-in-transit and landed costs
- Strong cash-flow forecasting and bank reconciliation experience
- Ability to work with procurement site stores consultants and contractors
- Strong Excel / Power BI capability
Required Skills:
Engineer Certified Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization
