Supervisors with the requirements for Field Director status are also encouraged to apply. Mentor staff and promote healthy leadership and promote company values. QualificationsDegree in Archaeology or Anthropology or a related field of study.3 years of experience in supervising or Field Directing field Holder or Field Director status within a culture area in experience writing and editing technical understanding and working knowledge of the BC Heritage Conservation Act and other jurisdictions (Alberta and Yukon are also an asset).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
