ECOM Cameroon Commodities is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the planning coordination implementation and monitoring of the companys field programs. The role works closely with field teams farmers communities partners and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively on time and in line with company objectives. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to project locations and direct engagement with farmers and rural communities.

The Program Manager will work closely with field teams farmers communities partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that programs are delivered effectively on time and in line with company objectives.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to project locations and direct engagement with farmers and rural communities.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Develop and implement program work plans and activities.

Coordinate field teams and ensure effective execution of program activities.

Monitor program progress deliverables timelines and budgets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers communities partners and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular field visits to assess implementation and address challenges.

Prepare program reports and provide regular updates to management.

Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.

Ensure program activities comply with company policies and standards.

Collect and analyze field data to measure program performance and impact.

Support training and capacity-building activities for field teams and beneficiaries.

Coordinate with finance logistics procurement and other departments as required.

Monitor the achievement of program targets and deliverables.

Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.

Ensure effective communication between field teams and management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Project Management Agriculture Agribusiness Development Studies Business Administration or a related field.

35 years of experience in program/project management.

Experience in agriculture commodities rural development or a related sector is an advantage.

Strong field coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing teams and working in rural/field environments.

Excellent planning reporting communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and French both verbally and in writing.
