WE ARE HIRING: OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE (GENERAL TRADE)
Asset Co. Ltd. is expanding! We are looking for high-energy target-driven Outdoor Sales professionals to join our premium Wine & Spirits distribution team in Phnom Penh.
EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: $350 - $400 / month
Petrol Allowance: $45 / month
Sales Target Incentive: $250 bonus for hitting a $10k sales target
Collection Incentive: Up to $250 bonus for clean accounts collection
Uncapped Volume Bonus: Extra $0.50 per bottle sold!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit wholesale markets local distributors and beverage shops daily.
Open new General Trade (GT) accounts and boost product visibility.
Build strong relationships with local business owners.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of outdoor sales experience (FMCG / F&B / Wine & Spirits preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a motorbike and smartphone.
