Sales Executive

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agents wholesalers DMCs government organizations and key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize hotel revenue.
• Conduct sales calls site inspections client meetings and presentations.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and preparing proposals for clients.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve room nights banquet and catering revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events trade shows networking functions and client entertainment activities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management Reservations Catering and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and business opportunities within assigned segments.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of English; Khmer and other languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated proactive and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Phnom Penh hospitality market is desirable.
