Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging communication between designers suppliers and factories to drive successful development of garment products. You will oversee day-to-day translation coordination and support in the creation and delivery of quality products. This position offers a dynamic environment with hands-on involvement in both product development and collaboration across multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents and communications between Japanese English and Chinese languages for product development processes.
• Calculate and prepare quotations to be sent to customers.
• Communicate with suppliers and place orders for leather materials.
• Support the shoes development process by collaborating with designers and factory teams.
• Undertake any ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and proficient communication abilities in both English and Chinese.
• Possess a cheerful disposition and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
• Show stability in work habits and a willingness to learn with a commitment to long-term employment.
• Previous experience working in a shoes or garment company is preferred but not required.
