Procurement Specialist – International

Sheladia Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified international Procurement Specialist for a proposed transport and tourism infrastructure consulting assignment in Cambodia. The work will support project preparation detailed engineering design safeguards and bidding documentation.

This is a proposal-stage opportunity. Recruitment and engagement will be contingent upon a successful contract award to Sheladia and Client approval of the proposed experts.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Procurement Engineering Law Economics Business Administration Project Management or a related field; procurement certification preferred.

• At least 17 years of relevant experience in infrastructure procurement and contract management under MDB/ADB or similar development partner financing.

• Experience on at least four projects in Southeast Asia.
