Marketing Support Executive

The Marketing Support Executive is responsible for coordinating demand planning delivery schedules customer payment follow-up and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth business operations. The role also supports market analysis forecasting reporting and dealer/distributor management while maintaining strong collaboration with internal departments to achieve business targets.

• Collect demand from dealers and distributors and coordinate delivery plans to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Credit teams regarding customer documents payments and overdue accounts.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and payment follow-up.
• Prepare demand forecasts and weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Monitor market trends and provide market insights to support business decisions.
• Support daily marketing operations and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and business targets set by management.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Accounting Finance Law or a related field.
• Valid driving license and able to drive a car.
• Good command of English (speaking reading and writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) QuickBooks Internet and Email.
• Strong communication interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Honest proactive and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to travel to provinces when required.
