Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compensation and benefits training and development and HR compliance. This role ensures the organization attracts develops and retains top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning sourcing interviewing onboarding and employee orientation.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Oversee compensation benefits payroll coordination and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law internal policies and statutory requirements including NSSF and employment regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters disciplinary actions conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Develop employee engagement retention and succession planning programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.
- Partner with department managers to provide HR guidance and support organizational effectiveness.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI CIPD) is an advantage.
- Minimum 35 years of HR experience preferably in the FMCG food beverage or nutrition industry.
- Experience in recruitment employee relations performance management and HR operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial HR role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS payroll systems and HR reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian Labor Law HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Knowledge of payroll administration compensation & benefits and performance management.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English both written and spoken.
