Job Description: Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Role Overview
Supervise daily accounting operations assist with tax filings oversee inventory control and support accurate financial reporting for EMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations: Review daily transactions accounts payable/receivable and ledger reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Tax Compliance: Support monthly Cambodian tax declarations (GDT) and audit preparation.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory transactions cost allocation and stock counts.
- Team Supervision: Guide junior accountants and ensure proper internal control compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 24 years of experience in accounting or finance (FMCG retail or beverage industry preferred).
- Solid understanding of Cambodian tax laws and standard accounting software.
- Good command of Khmer and English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
