Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities in the field to strengthen brand visibility engage consumers support sales growth and ensure effective execution across retail and distribution channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field marketing and trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage in-store promotions product activations sampling roadshows events and consumer engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Sales team distributors retailers and key accounts to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor product visibility merchandising POSM promotions and brand execution at retail outlets.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend activities to increase brand awareness consumer engagement and sales.
- Monitor competitors market trends pricing promotions and consumer behavior.
- Manage field marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within budget.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies promoters event teams and other partners.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance sales impact and ROI and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper implementation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead coach and manage the field marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
MainRequirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in Field Marketing Trade Marketing Brand Activation or related roles.
- Experience in FMCG or Trading companies is required.
- Strong experience in retail activation promotions merchandising events and consumer engagement.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels retailers distributors and market dynamics.
- Strong planning execution budgeting and project management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong communication negotiation leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for regular market visits and field activities.
