Engineering Supervisor Electrical

• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel.
• Plan assign and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during electrical maintenance and installation projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records equipment logs and technical documentation.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Train coach and motivate Engineering team members while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations when required.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical maintenance with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems generators transformers UPS lighting controls and building services.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance programs and occupational health and safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends public holidays and emergency call-outs when required.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
