Reporting directly to executive leadership you will transform a major Cambodian enterprise into a data- driven AI-enabled organization building and leading a multi-disciplinary team across data science AI engineering and business intelligence with a mandate to create the countrys leading analytics and decision science capability. A background in IT or telecommunications is preferred.

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics and AI strategy.
• Build predictive models driving customer retention revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation including GenAI and agentic AI adoption.
• Establish data governance business intelligence frameworks and executive reporting.
• Recruit develop and mentor local analytics talent.

• Extensive senior leadership experience in analytics decision sciences or AI.
• Background in IT technology or other data-intensive industries.
• Expertise in machine learning predictive modelling and advanced statistics at enterprise scale.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field; a PhD is advantageous but not required.
