Deputy Team Leader (National)

The expert will support the Team Leader manage day-to-day coordination maintain communication with line ministries and local authorities monitor work planning and document flow and support quality tracking across all packages. S/he shall ensure the timely completion and quality of outputs. 

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in civil engineering project management construction management public administration or a related field.
• Minimum 17 years of overall professional experience with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in detailed engineering design for roads bridges and transportation projects.
• Experience in at least 3 projects as a Deputy Team Leader
• 7 years of proven experience working on projects financed by MDB (ADB the World Bank) or international development partners.
• Knowledge of the governments planning cycle procurement procedures and financial management mechanisms is essential.
• Good written and oral communications skills in English.
