Associate, Account Management

• Manage a portfolio of longtail (SMB) accounts ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors offerings and services.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving vendor quality and performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Khmer both written and spoken.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
• Drive sales of our advertisement products by identifying vendor needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Strategically improve and expand our vendor portfolio to enhance business opportunities.
• Resolve any issues or challenges with partners and vendors.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
