Accounting & Finance Officer

Industry: Water Supply

Our client is a company operating in the clean-water industry providing quality equipment materials and services to clean-water suppliers across Cambodia. They are currently looking for a responsible and motivated Accounting Officer to join their Finance team.

The Accounting Officer will work closely with the Finance team and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records processing financial transactions and supporting daily accounting activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including general ledger entries accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices payments receipts and other accounting transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
• Prepare regular financial reports and accounting documents.
• Assist the Finance team with daily accounting and financial activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; Certified Accounting Technician is also acceptable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop professionally.
• Responsible detail-oriented and able to work effectively with others.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
