• Contractual Strategy: Draft review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and advise stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Advanced Legal Research & Advisory: Provide legal assessments requested by regional office or local stakeholders from time to time.
• Corporate Secretarial Management: Preparation of board resolutions annual declarations to the Ministry of Commerce and ensure compliance with the Law on Commercial Enterprises.
• Legal Operations & Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for the local legal function.

Qualifications :

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Law or another related field.
• Minimum 3- years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• Strong understanding of Burmese legal and regulatory frameworks
• Review and provide assistance in the preparation and execution of all legal agreements and contracts requested by various divisions within the organization.
• Build and maintain a robust legal framework by standardizing agreement types and Service Level Agreements for each agreement category.
• Excellent skills in drafting reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and legal agreements under Burmese law.
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal and compliance risks and develop effective solutions within the Cambodian context.
• Fluency in both written and spoken in English
