Procurement Staff

• Assist in preparing purchase requisitions purchase orders and other procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations delivery schedules and related documents.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
• Familiar with ERP system (e.g SAP Navision etc)
• Have a knowledge of Import/Export process and procedures.
• Experience in using Trade Net 2.0 is a plus
• Follow up with internal departments for procurement needs and approvals.
• Support import/export documentation if required.
• Monitor and update supplier/vendor database.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist with reporting data entry and other administrative tasks related to procurement.
• Provide support to the procurement manager and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Must have procurement knowledge and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with ERP system (e.g SAP Navision etc..)
• Experience in using Microsoft word excel ppt
• Experience in using Trade Net 2.0
• Understand import/export process and procedures

Additional Information :

Working days - Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 5:30pm)

Location- East Dagon ( Frerry provided )
