Job Summary
Promote and sell international travel packages and services to customers.
Advise customers on destinations flights visas and travel requirements.
Prepare travel quotations travel proposals and customized itineraries.
Book flights hotels tours and travel insurance.
Handle customer complaints special requests and changes with professionalism.
Provide excellent customer service before during and after travel.
Stay updated on travel trends destination information and promotional offers.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Bachelors degree in Tourism Hospitality Business or related field.
13 years experience in sales travel consultancy or customer service.
Strong English communication skills (reading written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office CRM online booking platforms and email management systems.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
