We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and facilities management support to ensure a safe efficient and well-organized workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilities and Workplace Management

  • Liaise with building management facilities providers and external vendors.
  • Coordinate office maintenance repairs and health and safety requirements.
  • Monitor workplace standards and ensure office facilities are fully operational.
  • Manage access cards keys visitor logs and security procedures.

Vendor and Supplier Management

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers contractors and service providers.
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Process purchase orders invoices and expense tracking for office-related services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.

Employee Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics including workstation setup.
  • Manage meeting room preparation.
  • Support with organizing employee events meetings and workplace engagement activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Secondary school diploma or Bachelors degree (Business Administration Facilities Management Hospitality Management or a related field preferred)
  • Relevant experience in office administration workplace coordination facilities management or a similar role.
  • Experience managing vendors and office services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
