Voice Recognition Executive with French

Requirements:

• High school diploma vocational qualification or equivalent combination of education and relevant operational experience. 
• 2 years of experience in data validation data processing price collection transcription review quality control or a comparable operations role. 
• Proficiency in the local language or languages assigned for review including the ability to understand spoken price and promotion terminology and enter accurate local-language transcription. Project languages: Italian French (European) 
• Working English sufficient to follow global procedures training and support communications. 
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail with the ability to compare audio text and numeric values accurately. 
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures filters and decision rules consistently while managing repetitive high-volume work. 
• Sound judgment to distinguish an evidence-supported correction from an uncertain case and to escalate rather than guess. 
• Basic proficiency with browser-based operational applications data grids filters and comments; spreadsheet familiarity is desirable. 
• Prior experience with NIQ Data Acquisition processes or Human-in-the-Loop workflows is desirable.
