We are looking for an Arabic & English-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analyst to join an international team in Sofia this role you will help maintain a safe online environment through content review and compliance monitoring ensuring that digital platforms remain secure and aligned with community standards.

Review and assess digital content in accordance with platform policies

Identify and address policy violations

Ensure compliance with trust and safety standards

Escalate complex cases when required

Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online environment

Native or fluent Arabic

Native or fluent English

Previous experience in content moderation Trust & Safety customer support or a related field is an advantage

EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
