Who You Are

• You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow.

• Youre people-oriented and know how to inspire coach and empower your team.

• Youre results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes.

• Youre hands-on working side-by-side with your team every day.

• You communicate confidently in English (B2) and thrive in a multicultural setting.

• You hold a bachelors degree.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of 5 collaborators.

• Oversee the daily activity of the commercial sourcing team and ensure targets are met.

• Track KPIs analyze results and propose action plans.

• Recruit train coach and motivate your team toward performance.
