Your Role

• Provide exceptional customer service via voice chat and email
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues maintaining professionalism at all times
• Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and empathy ensuring customer satisfaction
• Multitask and work across multiple systems simultaneously to resolve inquiries
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
• Deliver high-quality solutions ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer

Your Profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English both spoken and written
• Completed high school diploma
• Previous experience in call center customer service or BPO (training is provided)
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Positive solution-oriented mindset and a customer-focused attitude
• Multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple systems and browser tabs
• Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
