CloserHire is partnering with a global digital media and customer experience leader to recruit a Spanish-speaking Content this role you will review and approve digital advertising content to ensure safety accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a structured non-voice environment.

• Review and moderate advertiser content (text images video audio) before it goes live. Approve reject or label campaigns based on internal policy and safety guidelines. Identify and take action on policy violations using specialized tools. Respond to internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems. Work with internal data and create accurate moderation reports. Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue. Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working with sensitive or time-critical content.

• Native/C2 level Spanish. B2C1 English for internal communication. Previous experience in customer service content review or operations is an advantage. Awareness and understanding of cultural political and social context (Spanish/DACH). Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick objective decisions. Good time management and task prioritization skills. Proficiency in our client Excel and Google
• Drive tools. Experience with Salesforce or live chat platforms is a plus. Social media savvy with good awareness of pop culture and digital trends. Only local applicants in Bulgaria will be considered.
