Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts between 10:00 18:00 Monday Sunday

About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant fluent in Slovenian and English to provide exceptional customer support for a range of digital products and this role you will assist customers with inquiries account-related issues and non-technical troubleshooting across services such as Google Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Google Books and Google Movies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat
• Assist users with account billing and product-related inquiries
• Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting processes
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluent Slovenian and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Previous customer service or support experience is advantageous

Relocation Support

• Relocation bonus of 1500 gross paid in two instalments to assist with relocation and initial rental expenses
• 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
