Solutions Consultant Slovak Speaker

A well-established company operating across Europe is expanding its Slovak-speaking team and is hiring a Solutions Consultant based in Sofia Bulgaria.

This role is a good fit for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
• Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
• Document resolutions clearly for internal knowledge bases
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant technical teams

What were looking for:

• Fluent Slovak English with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship valid work permit or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
