Job Summary
A well-established company operating across Europe is expanding its Dutch-speaking team and is hiring a Solutions Consultant based in Sofia Bulgaria.
This role is a good fit for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
- Document resolutions clearly for internal knowledge bases
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant technical teams
What were looking for:
- Fluent Dutch English with strong English communication skills
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship valid work permit or equivalent)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
