Slovenian-Speaking Solutions Consultant
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
We are currently hiring Slovenian-Speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support while working in a multicultural environment with comprehensive relocation support.
What You Will Do
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with account product and service-related inquiries.
- Resolve non-technical issues following established procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases when required while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Slovenian communication skills (C1) required.
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher) required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.

- Gross salary: 1485 per month
- 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments)
