Responsibilities:
- Handle general customer service inquiries via Phone Chat and Email in Slovenian.
- Solve customer issues efficiently with high satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovenian with good working English skills.
- Must be located in (or willing to relocate to) Bulgaria.
