Join a Tech account in Sofia Bulgaria as a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Compensation: 1485.

Start date: 25/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Welcome bonus paid after 3rd/6th month EU-eligible only.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Slovenian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
