Your future duties and responsibilities:
Join our growing Defence & Intelligence team and work on large-scale security-critical international projects. As a Senior Test Manager you will take overall responsibility for testing activities within a large-scale Defence & Intelligence program and steer all CGI-related test activities across the consortium this role you will lead and coordinate testing activities across the full system lifecycle - from component and system integration testing to validation and operational acceptance. You will work closely with engineering project management and security teams to ensure that complex technical solutions are delivered reliably securely and in line with program requirements. The position also includes a strong governance component ensuring that all consortium partners deliver their required testing activities milestones and quality standards within the overall program framework.
Willingness to travel to Germany.
Define and manage the overall test strategy across the program
Coordinate and oversee all CGI-related testing activities within the consortium
Lead component integration system security and acceptance testing activities
Ensure all partners deliver testing activities according to agreed timelines and quality standards
Manage test planning priorities dependencies risks and reporting
Collaborate closely with project management teams to assess the impact of development changes on testing activities
Coordinate multidisciplinary test teams environments tools and test data
Support audits compliance processes and operational release activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Several years of experience as a Test Manager/Test Lead Integration Test Manager in large-scale or security-critical environments
Strong experience in system integration end-to-end testing and QA governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Solid project management experience with the ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines
Experience working in consortium enterprise or multi-vendor environments is highly preferred
English C1 German is considered a plus
Background in Defence Intelligence NATO or public sector environments is an advantage
