It takes a special kind of drive to keep the world moving and due to growth at DSV we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist - Regional IT Services Business and Infrastructure Services to join and strengthen our local IT team.
- Maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for servers networks storage systems cloud platforms applications.
- Monitoring and ensuring the availability performance and reliability of IT services and business-critical systems.
- Implementing maintaining and regularly testing backup disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
- Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex incidents service requests and technical escalations.
- Analyzing recurring issues identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Supporting endpoint devices operating systems collaboration platforms and business applications.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation operational procedures and knowledge based articles.
- Managing identity and access management security monitoring vulnerability remediation endpoint protection.
- Coordinating and collaborating with business stakeholders vendors service providers and cross-functional IT teams.
- Managing and supporting Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online Exchange Online and related collaboration services.
- Participating in on-call support and major incident management activities as required.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems administration application or technical support roles.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Windows Server;
- Networking technologies including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs Firewalls and WAN environments;
- Microsoft 365 Active Directory and Entra ID;
- Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience supporting transportation and logistics applications is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ITIL-based service management processes is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure AWS Cisco ITIL or Security certifications are considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
