Senior Analyst, Finance Performance

Based in Sofia youll partner with Bulgarias Head of Finance to own the countrys financial performance engine; running the monthly re-forecasting cycle owning the cash flow model and leading the sessions that align every department on the plan and targets. Your judgment keeps the numbers credible and the organization accountable.

The Journey

• Best Estimate: Own the re-forecasting process; from inputs to final numbers with a clear narrative on drivers and deviations.
• Profitability sessions: Lead the recurrent sessions aligning every department on the plan and targets; drive alignment directly with department heads and push follow-ups to closure.
• Strategic projects: Lead workstreams spanning finance Ops Commercial Marketing Legal country or regional teams.
• Insight & analysis: Own the reliable-data agenda build business cases and challenge P&Ls for senior stakeholders.
• Tooling: Maintain and enhance dashboards in BigQuery/Looker. Using AI tools (Gemini ChatGPT Claude or similar) daily is required; not just to speed up analysis but to build clearer frameworks and move faster. Real work with AI not just occasional use.

Qualifications :

• Strategic and hands-on: You take ownership; not just analysis but making things move forward and land. You challenge assumptions drive actions and measure yourself by real-world impact.
• Problem solving: Break ambiguous high-stakes questions into components define hypotheses run analysis and land on recommendations stakeholders can act on.
• Stakeholder management: Comfortable driving alignment with department heads directly including pushing back when the numbers dont add up.
• Prioritization & ownership: Own workstreams end-to-end from analysis to follow-through and hold yourself accountable to outcomes not just outputs.
• Communication: Clear structured storytelling decision-ready one-pagers and crisp live readouts.
• Collaboration: You elevate teammates share context and document logic and assumptions for repeatability.
• Experience: 35 years in FP&A strategy controlling consulting or a fast-paced analytical role ideally with exposure to reforecasting or cash flow modeling. Degree in Finance Economics Business or related.
• Tools: BigQuery/Looker and daily AI tool use required; SAP Navision or Business Central nice-to-have.
• Language: English required.
