Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and calls in Duch
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences building trust and confidence
- Understand client needs diagnose IT issues remotely and propose tailored solutions
- Present and close subscription-based services
- Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in Dutch
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (tech/call center background is a plus)
- Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
- Motivation adaptability and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for late and weekend shifts.
