About the Role

Were looking for a Spanish and English-speaking Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria.

In this role youll focus on identifying new business opportunities generating qualified leads and engaging with prospective clients. Youll play a key role in driving business growth while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 1537

What Youll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate and nurture high-quality sales leads.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience preferably in the technology or digital advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of business development lead generation and lead qualification methodologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven fast-paced environment.
