Sales Development Specialist LinkedIn Refuel Project

About the Role
Were looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join the LinkedIn Refuel Project.
In this role youll identify and qualify new business opportunities engage with prospective clients and help drive business growth through outbound sales activities. Youll work in a fast-paced environment building strong relationships and supporting customers throughout the sales journey.
Salary & Benefits
Quarterly performance bonus of up to 1537
Comprehensive relocation package including:
10 nights accommodation in a city-centre hotel with breakfast
Up to 250 travel reimbursement after 6 months of employment
Assistance with relocation documentation
Optional salary advance of 539.93 repaid over 3 months

What Youll Do
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Conduct cold calls and engage potential customers.
Generate and nurture high-quality sales leads.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
At least 2 years of cold calling sales experience ideally in the technology or digital advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of business development lead generation and lead qualification methodologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident in a target-driven fast-paced sales environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
