As a Travel Management Consultant you will use your problem-solving skills to deliver elite support in both Dutch and English helping travelers navigate international itineraries and unforeseen schedule changes.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Corporate Travel Advisor your daily operational duties will include:

• Multichannel Communication: Responding quickly to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via phone calls emails and live chat platforms.
• Itinerary Management: Handling end-to-end travel logistics including reserving modifying or canceling flights hotel accommodations and rental cars.
• Database Navigation: Utilizing advanced global distribution systems (GDS) and internal corporate software to retrieve and deliver accurate travel information.
• Disruption Management: Resolving real-time travel emergenciessuch as cancellations delays or missed connectionsto minimize the impact on the clients business trip.
• Elite Service Standards: Maintaining a calm empathetic and highly professional tone to preserve the premium reputation of our partner brand.
