We are seeking a Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant fluent in German and English to support customers throughout their vehicle rental this role you will assist with reservations booking modifications customer inquiries and general support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist customers with vehicle reservations and rental inquiries
• Support booking changes cancellations and extensions
• Provide accurate information regarding rental policies and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction in every interaction

• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous

• Relocation bonus of 1500 gross paid in two instalments to assist with relocation and initial rental expenses
