About the Role

Were looking for a French and English-speaking Renewals Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria.

In this role youll work closely with existing customers to manage contract renewals build strong client relationships and help drive business growth by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Manage customer contract renewals and retention activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify renewal opportunities and support customers throughout the renewal process.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Meet renewal and performance targets while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• 23 years of experience in customer service account management or sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working with data.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
