Experience in recruitment is welcome but it is not the most important thing for us. We are looking for attitude curiosity and a genuine interest in people.

• Manage and support recruitment activities sourcing pre-screening interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers

• Create a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new colleagues

• Support employee engagement initiatives and help people feel connected and involved

• Contribute to local Employer Branding activities and strengthen our presence in the market

• Track progress and share insights with stakeholders

• Experience in HR Recruitment or people-related activities is an advantage not a requirement

• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with different people is a must.

• Organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple topics

• Positive mindset and willingness to learn and improve

• Good command of English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
