DSV Road Bulgaria is expanding its Haulier Procurement team and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our network of trusted subcontractors.

What you will do:
Identify qualify and prioritize new subcontractor opportunities for DSV.
Research the market to uncover prospects and prepare executive summaries that support the full procurement process.
Reach out to potential hauliers via phone email social media and in-person meetings (including business travel).
Build and deliver business proposals negotiate terms and drive successful agreements.
Develop and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with subcontractors.
Collaborate closely with business managers to refine our value proposition and pitch.
Act as a trusted partner to hauliers proactively solving challenges when they arise.

What we expect from you:
Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry.
Proven experience in sales business development or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact at all levels.
Strong persuasion negotiation and influencing abilities.
Driven energetic and self-motivated personality.
Good command of MS Office.
Fluency in English written and spoken.
A proactive solution-oriented mindset.
