Our AI Centre of Excellence is operational. We need a Senior Architect to lead enterprise AI strategy within the IT Architecture team. Youll translate C-suite ambitions into defensible technical architecture selecting platforms governing risk shipping solutions to production. Youll own technology decisions (buy versus build model selection cloud infrastructure) engaging with senior stakeholders and embed governance and compliance throughout delivery.

What youll be doing:

Define and drive enterprise AI architecture and strategy
Turn business needs into scalable AI solutions (GenAI RAG agents ML)
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Oversee end-to-end delivery quality from design to production
Lead technology decisions (buy vs build platforms models)
Embed Responsible AI (governance explainability compliance)
Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence

What were looking for:

Extensive Architecture experience in AI ProjectsProven experience at leading application architecture or development through all lifecycle phases on several enterprise scale projectsProven experience at architecture or technical leadership of AI and ML systemsProven track record delivering AI/ML solutions in productionStrong expertise in Agentic AI Generative AI and LLMOpsExperience with Azure AI ecosystem and modern cloud architecturesStrong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersBackground in financial services / regulated environments is a plus
