About the Job
We are looking for a commercially driven Pre-Sales Expert to lead the end-to-end shaping of customer solutions for complex business this role you will translate customer business needs into integrated commercially viable service solutions by leveraging HP and partner capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams and customers you will ensure solutions are competitive deliverable and aligned with both customer expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for complex customer opportunities defining the scope service model and value proposition.
- Collaborate with Sales Delivery Finance Product teams and partners to develop commercially viable and deliverable solutions.
- Engage with customers as a trusted advisor understanding their business needs and recommending tailored Managed Services solutions.
- Balance customer requirements with delivery feasibility commercial objectives and profitability while supporting successful deal closure.
- Ensure solution governance by identifying risks documenting assumptions and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
- Contribute to business growth by promoting Managed Services offerings identifying expansion opportunities and sharing best practices within the Pre-Sales community.
Required Skills:
- Experience in technical selling and/or consultative selling and/or experience in the industry (bids RFPs and deal shaping)
- Have solution integration thinking can pull together multiple services technologies and partners
- Commercial acumen (critical) understands pricing margins and cost drivers; make trade-offs :cost vs quality vs risk
- Ability to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
- Strong communications skills and customer-centric approach
- Has Stakeholder influence. Can align sales pressure delivery constraints and customer expectations
- Excellent teamwork and influencing skills
- Fluent English
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field
