CloserHire is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Customer Success this role you will support a major social media hiring platform with their customer success programs ensuring clients are highly satisfied and getting effective performance and ROI.

Your Role

• Provide quality assurance through checking all client product integrations are completed
• Responsible for driving implementation setup progress for net-new
• Hiring
• Enterprise
• Program (HEP) customers
• Deliver customer value through ensuring our customers are successful with the client
• Hiring program in terms of adoption usage and engagement
• Maintain a deep understanding of client products to effectively guide customers on best practices Track client customer lifecycle milestones including onboarding and achieve goals related to customer license activation and user engagement on the client
• Hiring platform
• Track and record customer activity in a timely manner in systems of record (e.g. CRM system)
• Help triage troubleshooting tickets
