Polish-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist

Do you want to play a vital role in keeping the digital landscape safe positive and authentic Are you an analytical individual who cares about online security and user well-being We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Polish-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our global team in Sofia.

In this essential role you will protect and secure an online community by reviewing and analyzing digital content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and evaluating user-generated content (text images video) to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Detecting investigating and mitigating potential risks including fraud identity theft cyberbullying and malicious activity.
• Identifying emerging patterns of abuse or scams and reporting them to technical and policy teams.
• Responding to user escalations regarding privacy safety and security issues in a sensitive and timely manner.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data security at all times.

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in Polish alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
• Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking objective judgment and excellent attention to detail.
• Resilience: Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive online content professionally.
• A background or strong interest in digital privacy online media compliance or cybersecurity is highly beneficial.
