About the Role

Join our team in Sofia as a Content Moderator. You will play a crucial role in shaping a safer online environment by reviewing analyzing and moderating user-generated content and online advertisements in Polish ensuring compliance with community standards and safety guidelines.

Sensitivity Notice: This role involves reviewing user-generated content and ads which may frequently include graphic images videos or text depicting sensitive topics such as violence. Resilience and strong emotional wellness habits are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor review and make real-time decisions on incoming user-generated content and online advertisements.
• Apply client policy guidelines accurately to flag or remove inappropriate content including material containing sensitive or graphic violence.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy efficiency and quality according to operational performance metrics.
• Participate in wellness programs coaching and regular debriefings to maintain mental well-being and team resilience.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to maintain consistency in platform safety decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Polish (C1/C2) with strong working proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Work Availability: Open to Full-Time or Part-Time schedules within a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (MondaySunday including night shifts and weekends).
• Work Location: 100% Fully On-Site in Sofia.
• Resilience & Focus: Ability to process sensitive high-impact content while maintaining emotional stability and professional detachment.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making under fast-paced guidelines.
