As a Player Support Specialist you will assist Polish-speaking players with account management technical issues in-game queries and fair play concerns. You will be the bridge between the player community and the game ensuring every interaction reflects the brands commitment to its players.
Your responsibilities:
Handle Polish-language player support requests via digital channels
Assist with account access purchases technical problems and game-related queries
Review and act on reports related to fair play and player conduct
Document cases accurately and follow escalation procedures
Deliver fast friendly and knowledgeable support that players appreciate
What we are looking for:
Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
English: solid working proficiency
Genuine passion for gaming and online gaming communities
Patient empathetic communicator with strong written skills
Available to work on-site in Sofia
