About the role
We are looking for aMiddlewareProductOwnerfor OASIS. In this role you willbeaccountable for end-to-end ownership of Middleware services within the OASIS program.You will define strategy standards and service roadmap across middleware platforms (e.g. WebSphere WebLogic JBoss Tomcat) ensuring alignment with OASIS transformationobjectives.You will drive standardization compliance lifecycle management and service optimization while enabling automation and operational efficiency. Act as the primary interface between SMEs delivery teams and leadership to ensure consistent scalable and high-quality middleware service delivery across all accounts.
Daily challenges
- Own and manage theMiddleware service roadmapwithin the OASIS program aligned with strategic and transformation objectives
- Define andmaintainstandard service scope architectures and operational modelsfor middleware platforms
- Drivestandardization and simplificationacross middleware technologies and deployments
- Ensure alignment withsecurity risk and compliance requirements including lifecycle (EOS/EOL) management
- Leadservice governance ensuring adoption of defined standards and practices across all accounts
- Collaborate with SMEs engineering and delivery teams to translate strategy intooperational execution
- Identifyand driveautomation optimization and modernization initiatives(e.g. platform rationalization containerization where applicable)
- Monitor and manageservice performance stability and KPIs ensuring continuous improvement
- Act as primarystakeholder interface providing leadership updates insights and recommendations
eXperience and skillsrequired
- Middleware Platform Expertise Extensive hands-on and architectural knowledge of enterprise middleware: WebSphere WebLogic JBoss/WildFly Tomcat MQ ESBs and other integration solutions
- Service Architecture & Strategy Ability to define standard service scopes reference architectures operational models and own a service roadmap aligned with transformation objectives Automation & Modernization Knowledge of CI/CD platform rationalization infrastructure-as-code and AI agent design with quality data feeds
- Experience 8 years in middleware engineering/operations; 35 years in a Delivery Lead role; proven multi-account global delivery at scale with transformation program exposure Continuous Improvement & Execution Track record of driving standardization simplification and optimization; ability to translate leadership strategy into operational delivery
- Stakeholder Management & Communication Primary interface between SMEs delivery teams and senior leadership; excellent executive reporting insights and actionable recommendations
- Lifecycle Compliance & Governance Strong understanding of EOS/EOL tracking security patching regulatory frameworks (SOX ISO 27001 ITIL) and ability to enforce standards across distributed teams
