About the role
We are looking for aMiddleware Data Ownerfor OASIS. In this role you willbe responsible forownership governance and quality of Middleware platform data within the OASIS.You will ensureaccurate standardized and reliable data across middleware technologies (e.g. application servers integration platforms) to support compliance reporting and transformation initiatives.You will enable data-driven decision-makingimproveservice visibility andsupportlifecycle and risk management aligned with OASISobjectives.
Daily challenges
- Own and manage Middleware platform data includinginventory versions configurations lifecycle and compliance status
- Define and enforcedata governance standards data models and ownership frameworks
- Ensuredata accuracy completeness and consistencyacross all participating accounts
- Maintain visibility ofEOS/EOL statusfor middleware technologies and support remediation through data-driven insights
- Establish and enablestandard reporting dashboards and KPI trackingaligned with OASIS objectives
- Collaborate with SMEs delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure properdata collection validation and usage
- Supportautomation analytics and transformation initiativesby providing structured high-quality data
- Drive continuous improvement in data management processes and governance practices
eXperience and skills
- Middleware Technologies Deep expertise in application servers (WebSphere JBoss WebLogic Tomcat) integration/messaging (IBM MQ ESBs) web servers and other integragions
- CMDB & Lifecycle Management Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB (or equivalent) and EOS/EOL tracking version management and technology roadmap alignment Experience 5 years in middleware operations or IT service delivery; 3 years in data ownership/governance; multi-account managed services environment exposure
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement Track record with audit/compliance requirements and driving automation and process improvement in data management
- Soft Skills Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration analytical mindset strong communication ownership/accountability and change management capability
- Data Governance & Ownership Proven experience defining data models quality standards classification schemas and governance frameworks in enterprise IT environments
- Reporting Analytics & AI Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) for dashboards/KPIs; experience feeding structured data into AI/automation platforms
